A deliciously rich, savoury Extra Mature Cheddar with a firm flinty texture, hand selected at peak maturity to give the perfect depth of flavour.
Available in 200g and 400g Pre-Packs, 2.5kg Deli Blocks and 250g Waxed Truckles.
